Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich

Tuna pasta salad

6 Servings

Ingredients

1 pound spiral pasta
3/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, chopped
1 large can of tuna grained

Directions

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix together the tuna and ingredients with a fork.
In a salad bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, bell peppers and olives. Season with a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, sprinkle a little salt and pepper to your liking (start w/pinches) mix and refrigerate overnight. Make a nice fruit salad with it, the family will love it.

Chocolate Banana Shake

2 servings

Ingredients

1 banana
1 3/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink mix
2 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Directions

In a blender, combine banana, milk, chocolate drink mix and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
